Expert usability reviews are largely independent and do not require a significant investment of your time.

In general, we:

• Work with you to identify key areas to review
• Review the product at a global and page level
• Author a report
• Present our findings

What You Get

The end deliverable is a comprehensive Heuristic Evaluation Report, supported by actionable recommendations for improvement.

When To Do It

A usability review makes sense any time during the project lifecycle.

How Long It Takes

Most sites can be reviewed within 2 weeks; more complex sites take longer.
