The Opportunity
We need a project manager/producer to manage a series of website projects, primarily (but not exclusively) for a large financial client.
In addition to the project manager, the team will include an UX Designer, Writer and Developer. The project is to take an existing website design and customize it for a series of international websites, guiding the team through production of the information architecture, content and HTML, as well as entry into a CMS and testing. Your role will be to manage this process effectively. You’ll keep the project on time and on budget, while ensuring the quality of the product and client satisfaction are top priorities.
We need someone who:
- Has a deep appreciation for all things UX
- Has strong knowledge of project management tools, best practices and processes
- Can tell the difference between “bug” and a “change request”
- Can quickly learn new technologies
- Has highly developed leadership, mediation, negotiation and presentation skills
- Is a fantastic communicator: both written and verbal
- Has superior meeting and time management skills
- Can troubleshoot and problem solve with the best of them
- Finds practical solutions to difficult problems
- Can anticipate and mitigate risk
- Can manage competing priorities
- Knows when to paddle hard, and when to abandon ship
Bonus points for:
- 3 years+ of digital agency experience
- Graphic design and/or technical expertise
- Spanish fluency, oral and written
